2:54 AM FileSonic following in MegaUploads footsteps

FileSonic is a popular file hosting site, kind of like what MegaUpload was. People would use FileSonic for games split into parts, anime direct downloads (DDLs) and miscellaneous other files. But when MegaUpload was forcefully taken down by the FBI, and had all the people who worked on the site and the spin off sites (such as MegaVideo, etc.) arrested, apparently people at FileSonic were spooked. So to protect themselves from being charged massive amounts of money and being hunted down by the FBI, they took action. If you google FileSonic, or even go to their website, you will see this So basically, you can still use the website, but in order to share files, you would need to give your account information to whoever you want the file to be given to. Maybe people will make accounts just to put a file on, and give out the information, which is unlikely because there is that one person who will just delete it. Needless to say, the anime community has taken yet another hit. Vast amounts of stream videos are deleted (good riddance in my opinion though), and now a popular DDL site was taken down. Not to say there aren't countless other DDL sites though. But... I have my money on this
