Now, seeing as the only groups actually subbing Motto To-love ru are Commie and Doki-Chihiro, it'd obviously have to be one of them. I asked Commie about it and they told they're not doing it and are pretty pissed about it, so that leaves us with Doki-Chihiro. I doubt they'd pay something like this out of their own pockets, so most likely they're using the donation money they get to fund this delaying solely for the purpose of sabotaging the work of other subbers (Commie, in this case), instead of just spending the donation money to cover seeding/XDCC/encoding server costs.
